Howard started with the company in 1973. He worked in the pump department installing and repairing pumps systems. There he gained a vast knowledge of pumps, tanks and turbines. In 1982, Howard became V. P. of the Pump Department. His duties now include managing 10 full service crews, meeting customers to quote jobs, designing pumps systems for residential or commercial uses and working with engineers in designing public supply water systems. The service crews install new pumps and tanks, repair existing pumping systems for residential, commercial and irrigation use.

Russell Stevens is a Class C Licensed Water Plant Operator and has been with the company since 1990. Russell started as a helper in the pump department. He was promoted to installer/technician with an aptitude towards water treatment. Russell is very knowledgeable in pumps, tanks and water treatment, which includes water softeners, chlorination/dechlorination, aeration systems, reverse osmosis and potassium permanganate systems.
